Margaret River Education Campus (MREC)

Located in the centre of Margaret River, the campus is a
collaborative initiative between the South West Regional College of TAFE, Curtin University of Technology, Edith Cowan University, Margaret River Senior High School and the Department of Education and Training.

The campus will provide education pathways allowing students to cross seamlessly between secondary, vocational and tertiary learning.

ECU South West Offers units from virtually every one of our courses in Margaret River. The units on offer in 2009 are:

How do I apply for the ECU courses in Margaret River?
The application process for the courses for which units will be available in Margaret River is the same as other courses at ECU South West Campus. For more information about that process, visit our prospective students' information page. Please note the application deadlines.

When you apply for a course, indicate your campus of choice as the South West Campus. If your application is successful, and units from your program are available in Margaret River, you will be able to select them when you enrol in your units as a current student.

Which units are going to be available in Margaret River and on what days and times will classes be held?
Units may be subject to minimum student numbers to run. Timetables for units are available to current students upon receipt of their offer.

What if the units I want to take are not offered in Margaret River? Can I complete them externally or at the South West Campus (Bunbury)?
